Custom software built around how your business actually works

When off-the-shelf software stops keeping up with your operations, we build the application your business has been working around, designed for your processes, your team, and your growth.

The approach

Software that fits your operations, not the reverse

Most companies aren't shopping for software. They're trying to stop fighting tools that don't match their reality. Spreadsheets bursting at the seams, generic platforms configured to 60% of the need, processes that live in one person's head.

We start by understanding how your business actually runs. The reports you produce, the exceptions you handle by hand, the information that only ever travels by email. Then we build software that reflects that reality while simplifying it.

The result is that your teams work in a tool they understand, because it was built around their day-to-day.

Return on investment

When custom software starts paying for itself

Custom software isn't always the right answer. Here are the signs that it might be time.

If three of these ring true, a discovery call is probably worth your time.

Your processes have outgrown your tools

  • A critical process lives in one or more Excel files
  • Data gets copied and pasted between two systems
  • Reports are assembled by hand every week
  • Manual checks exist to catch data-entry mistakes

Your hidden costs keep growing

  • Time spent managing files is slowing your growth
  • Double entry creates rework and disputes
  • Only one person knows how the system really works
  • Your current software is configured to its absolute limit

Problems solved

Problems we get brought in to fix

Every project starts with an operational problem. These are the ones we see most often.

Replace Excel

Turn a business-critical workbook into a stable application with validation, access rights, history, and reporting.

Connect the systems

Make your CRM, billing, and operations talk to each other instead of re-entering the same data three times.

Modernize legacy software

Take over a tool that has become impossible to maintain, without interrupting operations.

Open a client portal

Give clients self-serve access to their orders, documents, and status updates.

Automate the manual work

Remove the repetitive tasks that tie up your team every single day.

See your data clearly

Pull scattered information into dashboards that are reliable and current.

Method

Our five-step process

You always know where your project stands, what has been decided, and what comes next.

  1. 1

    Discovery

We map your processes, your systems, and the places things break down. You walk away with a clear picture of what is actually worth building.

  2. 2

    UX / UI

Mockups of the key screens before a line of code is written. You sign off on how the software will look and behave.

  3. 3

    Development

Built in short iterations, with working versions you can click through and give feedback on as we go.

  4. 4

    Quality assurance

Systematic testing of your critical workflows, the edge cases, and the migration of your existing data.

  5. 5

    Deployment

A go-live we run with you, training for your team, and close follow-up after launch.

Budget

What does custom software cost?

It's the most common question we get, and a fair one. The honest answer is that it depends on scope. A focused internal tool, a full management system, and a multi-user platform aren't in the same range.

Three things drive the budget more than anything else. The number of screens and roles, how complex your business rules are, and what it takes to migrate your existing data. Sorting that out is exactly what the discovery phase is for.

We break the project into stages you can actually use, so you invest as you go and see the value at each step instead of betting everything on one large release.

Frequently asked questions

Who owns the source code?

You do. On final delivery the source code is yours, to do whatever you want with. The exact terms are in the service agreement, which we go through together before the project starts.

Can you take over software built by someone else?

Yes. Taking over an existing system is one of the most common things we get called in for. We start with a review of the code and infrastructure to work out what can be kept, fixed, or replaced, then lay out a staged transition plan.

How long does a project take?

It depends on scope. A focused internal tool ships in a few weeks. A full management system gets built in stages over several months. Discovery is what lets us give you a realistic timeline before you commit to anything.

What happens after go-live?

Launch isn't the end of the project. We watch the deployment, fix whatever surfaces in real-world use, and plan the next improvements with you. See our Maintenance and Support service.

Do you work with small and mid-sized businesses?

Yes, that is our core market. Our process is built for how small and mid-sized Quebec businesses actually operate, with defined budgets, busy teams, and a need for results you can see in the short term.

Is our data safe?

Protecting your data is part of the design from day one, with role-based access control, encryption in transit, backups, and hosting chosen to match your requirements. The measures specific to your situation get documented during discovery.
