- Analyst / discovery : maps your processes and scopes the project.
- UX/UI designer : designs screens your teams approve before development starts.
- Developers : build the application in short, visible iterations.
- Quality assurance : tests the critical workflows, the edge cases and the data migration.
- DevOps / deployment : ships it, monitors it and documents the infrastructure.
